Data Recovery

We will recover data from either onsite backup storage or tape (depending which system is being utilised). We can only recover data from successful backups.

If a hard disk drive fails, we will endeavour to recover the data with our in-house tools. If for any reason this does not work, we have the option to refer you to one of our data recovery specialist partners. From experience, if there is no physical damage to the disk that holds the data, there is a good possibility that we can recover the data ourselves, at no extra cost to you.
