Extended Support Hours

Support hours vary depending on your specific needs.

Standard Support is provided from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Extended Support is provided from 8 am to 6 pm (to cover the early bird or late worker).

Our service centre is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which allows us to provide you with any extended support hours you desire; we are flexible to your requirements.
