Projects

We classify projects as any work that doesn’t constitute a break\fix solution, such as installing a new PC, connecting a new printer to the network, upgrading software to the latest versions, rolling out service packs, etc.

For our TOTALCare subscribers, we include up to 4 hours for each project. Any projects that consume over 4 hours will be quoted for and billed according to your hourly rate.
